Terms and Conditions for the Warehouse Program are:
You may secure furniture with a 30% deposit by phone using a Visa or Mastercard. Balances must either be paid upon receipt of goods or will be invoiced NET 30 with approved credit. We will not be responsible for damages to furniture after it leaves our warehouse. However, manufacturer’s defects will be assessed and taken care of by Oak-Wood in conjunction with the manufacturer. Goods returned without our authority will not be accepted. Cancellations are not accepted after orders are in process with the manufacturer.
