A minimum of 30% deposit and a signed contract is required to place an order. |

All orders are normally filled within 12 weeks and most are filled within 8 weeks. However, Oak-Wood is not responsible for manufacturers' delays and cannot guarantee delivery dates. |

No cancellations will be accepted after the order is placed with the manufacturer. In rare cases, when the manufacturer will cancel the order and the item has not been shipped to Oak-Wood, we may grant a cancellaton. This will be in writing and a cancellation fee of 30% will be charged. The balance will be used as a store credit only. |

Oak-Wood has a large inventory ready for delivery. Stocking items may be cancelled prior to delivery. In this case, there will be a 20% restocking fee. |

Although we cannot guarantee your complete pleasure in your selection, we remind you that all furniture is shipped in standards set by the manufacturer. |
|
For our-of-state deliveries, all merchandise is inspected by Oak-Wood and the delivery companies upon leaving Oak-Wood's warehouse. The delivery company signs that they are receiving all goods ordered and with no damages. At this point, the furniture is your property. The delivering carrier is then responsible for any transit damage. You are responsible for filing damage and shortage claims with the carrier. |

Oak-Wood is not responsible for assembling goods that are shipped from the manufacturers unassembled. If being delivered, the delivery company will assemble. |

Oak-Wood does not supply mirror supports and bed slats for those manufacturers who do not include them with mirrors and beds. However, we do sell metal bed supports upon request. |

Oak-Wood will store your furniture up to 30 days after the order is complete. After that time, there will be a storage fee of 2% per month. |
