Shipping & Delivery with Oak-Wood Furniture Galleries
Oak-Wood Furniture Galleries does not delivery out of state. However, to help ensure safety for your product and lower shipping costs, we do provide phone numbers to several reputable ICC In-Home delivery companies. You, the customer, should contact the delivery company of your choice for delivery cost (normally based on weight and location). We will advise you when all your furniture is in our warehouse. You should then contact the delivery company of your choice to get an approximate delivery date. Delivery fees should be made directly to the carrier according to their terms.
Oak-Wood will delivery within 100 miles of Thomasville. Delivery charges will be quoted upon request. These charges are determined by several factors, i.e., distance, amount of assembly, upstairs delivery and total pieces. Charges are very minimal considering that we un-box everything at our warehouse, assemble it, inspect it, deluxe it, blanket wrap it and send two men to set it up in your home. These men will not set up electronic equipment, or hang mirrors. We also ask that existing furniture be removed before bringing in new replacement furniture.
For In-State or Out-of-State delivery, it is very important to make sure the furniture will fit in your home. Please measure doorways and anticipate turns, as well as staircases and narrow hallways. Oak-Wood cannot be responsible for furniture that will not go in your home because of size. |
